User Notifications
When setting up Users you can determine which notifications you want to receive by email or text. There are 3 sections from which we can send staff notifications.
- System Notifications - Please note: These system notifications are triggered by the STAFF assignment on your client profiles. If you want only specific staff to receive alerts they must have this checked off. If you assign staff to a client profile, they will be the only person who receives these system notifications. If ALL STAFF is assigned then the alerts will go out to all staff who have notifications checked off.
- Sell My Estimate (BME) - staff alerts related to specific customer actions on the estimate sent.
- Lightning Bolts - staff alerts are set up within the Status' Lightning Bolt messages.
Simply check the boxes you wish to receive email and/or text messages for these alerts.
