Client's view of the Photo Tool Process
Once you have sent the photo tool to your customers, they have the option to complete the process from their phones or on their desktops.
On their phone, they will receive a link that will take them to the photo tool application.
They can then start the process and upload their details and damaged photos to send to the shop.
If a customer receives the Photo tool by email on their computer they have a few options to complete the process.
This is how the Photo Tool looks to the customer in Desktop view.
They have the option to send the Photo tool to their cell phone, scan a QR code on their cell phone or complete the process in their desktop browser.
The customer once again will need to upload their damage photos, customer and vehicle details before they can submit them to the shop.
