Chat ICON
The chat function allows you to create a new customer profile by initiating a new communication with your customers via text, email or ringless voicemail.
Here are the steps of how to use the Chat function.
1. Click on the Chat bubble on the top toolbar.
This will create a new customer within your dashboard.

2. Choose either the TEXTING, EMAIL or RINGLESS VOICEMAIL tab.

3. Fill in the customer details

4. You can type in the message manually or use a template to pre-fill in the message

5. Click on Send

6. Success!…

7. Your new Customer has been created and will be set to OPEN status

8. Click on the communication channel for the customer to view the message.

Here you can view the message and continue communicating with the customer.
