Setting Up Auto Assignments from CCC / Settings Tab

You can pull in Auto Assignments from CCC into your BodyShop Booster dashboard. Once you set this up, BodyShop Booster will bring the assignments into your dashboard and automatically start communicating with the customer. This brings your response time to the customer down to minutes. At the very bottom of this article is a template that can be used to send to CCC in order to direct auto assignments. The first thing you need to do in order to fix this is find your auto assigned email in the settings tab.

1. The settings tab is found on the left hand side of the dashboard and is accessed by clicking the gear icon. You can then go to the "Sharing Links" tab.

2. In the "Sharing Links" tab, you will find all the different links and codes allowing you to embed different elements of BodyShop Booster on to your website.

3. In addition to the links you find your AI assignment email address. and you can copy that email address and plug it into the template below. Your email should be a number followed by @estimatebooster.com.
