Frequently Asked Questions have been turned into "Knowledge Articles"

BodyShop Booster's Knowledge Articles were written with you in mind. If you look to your left of this this article, you will see our list of categories. (Pst..if you don't see the categories, click on the title, "How to find Answers...") Feel free to browse the categories and click any that you want further information for. Many of the categories have multiple articles, so click the category and then select the article you wish to read. Many of the articles will also have videos for those who prefer the video format.

If your question is not apparent in one of the shown categories, click in the Search box and type a key word. For example, I typed in "new" to the search box and a list of articles came up.

How to Contact Support

When you are logged into your BodyShop Booster dashboard, there is a bubble in the bottom right corner that says, "How can we help?" Click the chat bubble. You can search for Knowledge Articles there.

Or, just click on, "Ask," at the top. If Chat is available, click Chat, if not then click email. Then send us your questions.
