Sending a picture to customers

You can send a picture through your communication channel to your customers.

You will need to upload the picture from your desktop (or use a web-based photo link) and then it will send to the customer as an attachment link.

Steps:

1. Open up the communication channel
2. Add your message to the customer (it is best to indicate there is an attached photo link)
3. Click on the paperclip (bottom right) to upload the picture and then press save. (this will turn the attachment icon to green)

4. 

5. Hit SEND and your picture will be sent to the customer as a link to view.
