Reports Page
Check out this quick video for a brief overview of the Reports Page as of Jan 2022.
The Reports Page is a great asset that shows you how BodyShop Booster is helping you get value. It allows you to see what method is bringing you the most business and what methods are ineffective and may need to be reconfigured. While the reports page looks complicated it is not and this article will show you exactly what is important on this page so that you know exactly where to navigate.
In order to access this page, first, click the Menu tab on the left-hand side of the screen and then click on reports.
Let's take a deeper look at the reports page!
1. In the top right corner is the Date Range: Here you can specify a specific date range for your reports. Make sure to click apply after choosing your date range.
In the middle of the page, you will find the graphs and summaries for all the data you will find in the report. These include The Original Lead Source Circle Graph, The Communications Grid & The Estimate Legend.
2. The Original Lead Source circle graph shows you where your Leads originated from. The graph is interactive and shows the information related to the specific color in the legend. Hovering your mouse over a specific color will show you the specific number of leads for the time period that came from that function. In the example above we have 27 Leads with 26 coming from Send My Estimate. You can trace the color to the legend on the right-hand side of the circle graph.
3. The Communication Grid shows the user how many types of communication were handled for these particular leads. Users can use this to better understand what parts of BodyShop Booster are working well for their business and which parts might need more attention.
4. The Estimate Graph specifically refers to estimates sent versus estimates sold. Users can use this information to change the way they communicate estimate information to customers to get more sales. The information reported for the date selected is Estimates sent, Estimates sold, Capture rate, Total Dollar for estimates sent, and an average estimate value.
5. Data results will appear at the bottom of the page. This is a breakdown of all the Leads by customer's details.
6. The hamburger icon to the far right of the page allows users to customize the data they want to see. Here you can choose the columns you want for your reporting as well as rearrange the order in which you want the columns to be displayed.
You can also download the data results onto your computer (Excel, PDF or CSV). This is a great way to track data month to month comparatively and assess your strengths and weaknesses.
