Flashing Red Dot & Alerts

The flashing red light on your dashboard means you have an alert waiting for a specific customer.

You can view the Alerts 2 ways:

1. Through the client profile.  The blinking light will be seen on the Status of their profile. 

2. Through the Alert Icon (bell).  You will see a list of all alerts that are available.  

Typically the flashing light will go away once you open that customer's profile or complete the alert.

However, if it does not disappear, you can also delete the alert by clicking on the "bell" icon at the top left of your screen (under the Blue Open button). This will show you all the alerts.  You can clear all or you can simply delete the client alert that is blinking.
