Setting Customer Contact Hours

Setting your Customer Contact Hours allows you the flexibility of when to contact your customers.  You can set the contact hours to be only during normal work hours, or a little before and a little after work hours.  

Here are the steps to set your contact hours:

  1. Click on the 3 lines on the top left of your dashboard to open the Menu
  2. Click on the Gear icon labelled settings.  
  3. Choose the tab labelled Customer Contact.

Within this tab you will have two options:

  1. Restrict Automated Customer Contact (Regular Hours)
  2. Restrict Automated Customer Contact (Holidays)

To Restrict and Set the Automated Customer Contact (Regular Hours) follow these steps:

  1. Toggle on the Green button beside Restrict Automated Customer Contact (Regular Hours).
  2. Click on the Red box for each day to turn on the hours.  Note: Only choose the days you want to contact customers.  If you leave the box red it will NOT contact customers for those days.
  3. Update the to & from times for each day that you want to contact customers.
  4. Click the save settings on the bottom right-hand side when complete.

To Restrict and Set the Automated Customer Contact (Holidays) follow these steps:

  1. Toggle on the Green button beside Restrict Automated Customer Contact (Holidays).
  2. There are now 2 default options available for Standard Holidays.  
    1. Choose the default holiday List (US)
    2. Choose the default Holiday List (US)                                                                                                                                                                     Whichever option you choose will automatically restrict customer contact for those holidays. 
  3. You can also set up custom holidays outside of the default country holiday list by choosing the Custom Holiday List.  
    1. First import the proper default holiday list
    2. Secondly, you will need to type in the date and name for each additional specific custom holiday and then click ADD.
    3. You can also delete any of the holidays in the custom list by click on the red trash can.
  4. Click save settings on the bottom right-hand side when completed.
