Moving a client from one shop to another (Load Level)

For users with multiple shops, we offer the ability to move a client from one Bodyshop dashboard to another, we call this a, "Load Level."  This can be beneficial if, for some reason, a client was added to the wrong Bodyshop location, or if someone moves their business from one location to another.

Here are the steps to Load Level a client:

1. Find the client you want to move locations for and check the far right box to their profile.
2. Click on the three horizontal lines at the top of that column and choose "Load Level."  
3. In the window that pops up, you will need to choose the location you are transferring the client to.  You will also have the option of leaving a note for the new location on the client's file.

   

4. Once completed hit SEND

• The client will now be transferred over to the new location.  In the new location, that client will be in status NEW. 
• You can also see in the client's Note History that they were Load Leveled from a different location.  The note left from the previous shop when it was Load Leveled shows under the customer's information in the Forward Notes.
