Automated Assignments from CCC/Mitchel/Audatex

Having your automated assignments flow directly into the BodyShop Booster system will keep everything in one place and allow you to set up automated messages to send to clients without skipping a beat. This way, if an assignment comes in after-hours or during a busy period, your initial setup and reminder emails can be started for you, ensuring your clients are being taken care of in a timely manner.

BodyShop Booster's Automated Assignment (BSB AA) allows your Insurance claims (DRP) to be directly sent over to your body shop and uploaded into the BSB dashboard. BodyShop Booster automatically sets up the client profile from the .pdf and sets the client into a status that allows us to use our Lightning Bolt Actions (LBAs) to contact the customer and staff. The LBAs allow for a first automated contact (a KPI* that body shops are graded on) in a matter of minutes and gives the customer a way to start to interact with the shop - an important tactic to increase customer commitment.

To initiate this process, you need to ensure that your BodyShop Booster AA email address is included in the notification that your Estimating Platform (EP) sends to notify you of a new assignment.

This email address can be found by going to Settings > Sharing Links > AI Assignment email address.

Here's how the process plays out:

The Insurance Company assigns the claim to your body shop by inputting that information into their EP.
EP then sends your body shop an email notification, (using the AI Assignment email address provided by you).
The Assignment Automated process reads the email, identifies it as a new assignment and creates the customer on the body shop BSB dashboard - status Assignment Automated.
This kicks off the BSB AA LBAs - generally giving the customer the option to either schedule on the Estimate Calendar or use the Photo Estimate Tool.
Additional follow-up actions can be configured as desired.
