Changing Your Password

Adding a New User password & changing your password:

On the left side menu, click on USERS & NOTIFICATIONS.  Each user will have a Padlock icon on the left.  When the Padlock is red, it means there is no password set.  If it is blue, the password is set, and you will need the original password to change it.

 Find your name on the user's list and click on the Padlock icon next to it.  For new passwords: Just simply enter the password and hit Save.

To change your password you will need to enter your current password, then type in your new password two times and hit SAVE.

If you have multiple accounts, repeat the process of changing your password for each account.  We recommend that you enter the same new password for each account. 

If you have forgotten your current password, you can click on the Forgot Password Link to reset your password.

 You will need to verify your email address and hit Reset

You will then see a confirmation that the email has been sent. 

Next, check your inbox for your reset instructions.   The email will come from notifications@bodyshopbooster.com.

Once you have inputted the required fields, click Change Password and you will be set to sign in.
