Understanding the Customer Profile

The Customer's Profile: All the information about a specific customer is located within their profile.  Once a customer is added into your dashboard, you can access, edit, and communicate with them through this profile.  Let us focus specifically on the customer's information.  

Step 1: Open Up the Profile

Click the customer's name in blue on the horizontal profile row seen down below.  In Kanban view, you can also access their profile by clicking on their name.

Once the profile opens up, you can see and edit the information.  

Step 2: Adding or Updating Information

To add or update information, just click the blue writing.  The video below also shows how to make any changes.

Step 3: Copying Information  

Sometimes you need to copy the information from a customer's profile.  We have simplified this by adding the "Copy Info Icon", shown below.  

Step 4: Upload Information

You can upload documents or pictures to the customer profile as well.  This supplemental information can be helpful and is all in the same place.  Any pictures or documents the customer sends in will also be shown here.
