AI Estimate Booster
Fueled by copious amounts of coffee, our team has just released the most exciting update that will make your life sooooo much easier!
Seriously, this is a game-changer for your estimators. Now you can send an estimate right out of CCC, Mitchell, or Audatex and BodyShop Booster will take that boring pdf and wrap it up into the Boost My Estimate system. Expect a 5% - 22% increase in your capture rates! Yes, you read that right!
Your customers will receive a text and email that WOWS them! The AI will take care of selling them, influencing them to choose you over other shops in the area, and automating all of the follow-up and other time-consuming tasks you are currently doing. How easy is it to use, you ask? Well, if you have a couple of minutes, let’s get you trained: Watch this video to learn how to send your AI estimates through CCC, Mitchell, and Audatex.
Cool Right?
Now, let’s get your system configured just the way you like it...
Step 1: Finding your AI Email address
(while still allowing for the email & text automations to be sent to your customers and staff)
Once logged in to BodyShop Booster head over to Settings > Sharing links. Here you will find your AI email address. We recommend adding the AI estimate booster email to your contacts so it is stored in your email service.
Step 2: Setting up your default messaging
You can find the Default settings page either through the BME or Settings functions.
BME > click on Send Estimate Icon > then the defaults Tab.
Settings > Sharing Links > AI Email address > settings gear icon (Cog) > this will open up the BME defaults tab.
These are the default settings you can set:
- AI Estimate Emails/Domain (whitelisting email addresses)
- E-Sign Forms
- Upsales
- AI Estimate Default Text Message (this will update ONLY for estimates sent via AI Estimate Booster, not BME)
- AI Estimate Default Email Message (this will update ONLY for estimates sent via AI Estimate Booster, not BME)
- Sales Video (if you do NOT set up a default sales video, we will send the sales video according to the make)
These defaults can be updated at any time from within this tab.
Setting the defaults:
You will first need to click on the category of defaults from above that you wish to change.
For instance, if you want to set up a default for an Upsale, you will follow this process: Once in the Default TAB > Click on Upsales > Click on EDIT (the pencil icon).
Now you will need to check off the "Set as Default" option within the Upsale you chose, > click SAVE.
Repeat this for as many defaults as you want within the category.
Once the defaults are set they will appear already attached to any estimate going forward.
You can manually delete any default from the individual estimate by clicking on the red trash can icon.
Step 3: How to send estimates:
Once logged into your Estimate platform you will need to follow the process laid out below to send estimates directly to the BodyShop Booster system.
1. Send your estimate from CCC, Audatex, or Mitchell to your AI Estimate email address.
2. Important: In the subject line be sure to ONLY enter the customer's email address and nothing else. Leaving the subject line blank will cause the AI to only text the customer and not send the email.
Step 4: How to add extra security (optional)
You have 2 options when configuring which emails can send estimates from within your estimating system. You can choose to whitelist all emails that are allowed, or you can tell the system to allow any emails to send the estimates.
Here is where you can find this function in order to select your desired option:
Settings > Miscellaneous > Toggle the On/Off switch
1. Whitelisted emails only
If you prefer to have email addresses whitelisted you will need to turn this function on.
For your convenience, all your current shop users in BodyShop Booster and any emails with your domain name will be automatically whitelisted. If you add or delete a user from within your BodyShop Booster System, these will also be automatically updated for you.
However, if you want to add or delete emails manually, just follow these steps.
Go to Settings > Sharing Links > Ai Email address > settings gear icon (Cog) > this will open up the BME defaults Tab. From here you can add, edit or delete email addresses.
2. Allow ALL emails to send estimates from your estimating platform (you will not have to worry about whitelisting emails). If you prefer this option, you can simply keep this function turned OFF and the system will allow any email address to send the estimates to BodyShop Booster.
