Create and Edit the Email message or Signature Within the BME
Changing the Email default message/ Updating the email Signature/ Understanding the Text default message
When sending an estimate to a customer, you have the option to change the preset message EMAIL message that is sent as well as attach a signature. Your Send Estimate email body is now strictly for the message to the client and it will automatically attach the signature after the inserted estimate. You have the option to edit your message or signature for one use, or you can change the default to make changes for all messages going forward.
1. Changing the Email default message.
Click on the clipboard icon to send the estimate. Attach your estimate, then click on the EDIT EMAIL button.
There is a preset message ready for you to use. However, you can edit or add information to your message body. The Autofill fields pull information in automatically. Make sure to click Save for one-time use, or Set As Default to update all messages going forward.
2. You can also update the email signature.
Scroll down and click on the edit for Email Signature.
Here you can edit or add information to your signature. The Autofill fields pull information in automatically.
Select SAVE. And you will be directed back to the whole email. You can then choose to SAVE for one-time use or Set As Default.
3. Understanding the Text default message
The default message for the text message is blank within the BME. This is because we have some preset messages that get attached to the link when sending through text, in order to ensure your message gets delivered by the carriers properly.

You can add an additional message to preface these default messages under the edit text button, but the message should flow with all 4 messages that could occur. For instance, a simple "Hi (insert client's first name), " The process is the same for this as in Step 1 above, just choose the Edit Text instead.

Signature NOTE: you will need to update signatures within each user's login screen. A HQ level cannot change other users signatures.
