Survey Reports Page

Sending a Survey requesting feedback is a great way to measure your customer's experience.  The rating they give you in the survey will strongly indicate how they will rate you on Google, Yelp or Facebook.  You can ask customized survey questions to get an in-depth review based on your shop's needs.  When a survey is completed it will show up as a PDF within that customer's profile in your dashboard.  You can even setup the survey to be sent to a third-party if needed.

In the Reports area of your dashboard, you have the option to view all your surveys at once. 

Go to your Menu: 

1. Reports

2. Survey Analysis Tab

3. Define your date parameters 

4. Choose the survey template you want to report on by using the drop-down box.

Once you have the report loaded you can select an individual name to access their PDF survey.
