Kanban Board
Most shops have used BodyShop Booster within a list view. In the list view all of your customers are listed in a vertical fashion with their horizontal profiles stretching across the screen. Now, BodyShop Booster has given you an additional viewing option - the Kanban board. This new view allows you to see more customers in real time based on the status they are currently in. The following article will teach you how to navigate the Kanban view and where to find all of the features that are essential to your business.
Here is a brief overview of how the Kanban view functions.
Basic Understanding
The Kanban board will have the statuses up at the top of your screen while your clients sit in tiles within these vertical rows.
BodyShop Booster knows how important customization is to each shop, so we have given you the ability to drag and drop customers in order to create your own workflow. To manage the Columns or Statuses, you will need to be signed in under the HQ level user. Simply drag them into the order that best represents the workflow of your shop, allowing your team to easily follow along. This format will be the saved view for all users once completed.
Some statuses operate automatically and will move customers from statuses based upon the automatic process - sending the automated messages; and other statuses will have to be moved manually, all based on how you have your workflow set up.
You can choose which view to work on your dashboard: List mode or Kanban mode. In the top right corner of your dashboard, underneath the search bar is where you can choose which view you would like. There you can switch between the two depending on your preference.

EDIT the Kanban VIEW
In order to edit the View of the Kanban board, it is necessary to have Headquarter access.
Subsequently, you should click on the navigation icon to access the list of statuses.
Within this section, you have the ability to organize the statuses and determine how they will be displayed on your board.
You can also deselect any statuses that you prefer not to appear on the board, resulting in a cleaner layout. However, if a customer is assigned to one of these unchecked statuses, rest assured they will automatically appear on your Kanban board (in the order specified in this list).
