Boost My Estimate (BME)

Boost My Estimate (BME) is our virtual sales system, delivering your estimate in style.  You can customize the process with a sales video, options for up sales, e-sign forms, and can even allow your customer to book their own repair appointment if you allow.  All these allow your body shop to gain commitment from your customer faster and easier.  BME can be found in three different locations on the BodyShop Booster dashboard, with two out of the three options creating a new customer profile.  The BME icon can always be recognized by the clipboard icon.

If you want a user to be automatically assigned to the customer profile when sending the estimate out, you must turn on this function first (before sending the estimate).  Steps to do this can be found be HERE

WHERE TO FIND BME

1.  On the left-hand menu you will find the clipboard icon.  Sending the estimate from this location will create a new customer profile on your dashboard.  

2.  On the top menu you will see another clipboard icon, which works the exact same way, creating a new customer profile while sending the estimate through BodyShop Booster.

3.  The third location is on the dashboard, within each customer profile.  Sending the BME through the customer profile keeps everything attached to that customer and will autofill their details.

   HOW TO USE BME

1.   Attach Estimate: This allows you to attach an estimate made in your estimating platform and send it off to the specific customer.  The system will also save the specific estimate and attach it to the customer profile.  Estimates made in CCC or Mitchell will also be read automatically and fill out any information under "Customer Info", "Vehicle Info" and "Send By" as long as that information is on the estimate.

2.   E-Sign Forms: These forms allow the customer to give authorization for work to commence on their vehicle.  Since they are sent out with the estimate they allow the customer to sign and initial any specific clauses.  These forms are saved to the customer profile and can be accessed at any time.  Users also have the ability to create their own E-Sign Forms and use the auto-fill in order to have things like signatures and initials appear automatically and only need to be filled out once.

3.   Sales Video: This is a sales influencer video that the customer can view at any point.  This video is here to influence the customer into choosing your Body Shop.

4.   Allow to Book Repair Appointment: This will allow the customer to book a repair appointment within specific parameters determined by the user.  These parameters include job class, time of drop off, and allowing the customer to book a rental car.

5.   Up Sales: This allows users to add an up-sale option and forces customers to make a decision on whether or not they want to add this additional service to their estimate.  

QUOTE ACTIVITY TRACKING:

Once an Estimate is sent through BodyShop Booster, the clipboard icon on the customer's profile will switch from Blue to Green.  To track the quote, click on the Green clipboard.  This will bring up a report screen showing you all the activity related to the estimate.  The Report's screen shows estimate files, the quote activity, and actions that have been taken by the customer.

1.   Sent: This shows when the estimate was sent and to which phone number or email it was sent. 

2.   Last viewed: Shows the number of times the quote was viewed and the date and time it was viewed.  It also shows where the quote was accessed from.

3.   Job Approved: This shows if the job was approved and when it was approved.

4.   Forwarded: This shows if the estimate was forwarded and the address it was sent to.  This could be a great way to see if you are in competition with another Body Shop.

5.   Authorization Signed: This shows the signed authorization or E-Sign form and allows you to download and save it for your records.

6.   Approved Up Sales: This shows if any of the up sales have been approved by the customer. 

7.   Notifications & Alerts: This shows any notifications and alerts that would have been sent out in relation to the estimate.

Assign Staff Members when using BME

At BodyShop Booster we strive to make changes that benefit the users of our systems and we have done exactly that by allowing users who send off estimates to customers to be automatically assigned to that specific customer.  This works hand in hand with the updated staff alerts which can be found by clicking HERE.  However, if you want all users to receive all notifications for customers you have that option as well.  The video below will describe how these notifications can be customized.
