Dashboard Filters and Views

Once you log in to BodyShop Booster, your dashboard will show you all active clients and any status, activity and communication related to them.  In order to get the most from your dashboard, we have included a few different ways to view, search and filter your client information.

Within the dashboard, you can filter your records by these options:

  1. Communications
  2. Shop Location, Assigned/Unassigned Staff, Status
  3. Search Bar
  4. List View or Kanban View

1. Filter your communication channel records either by: "Unread" messages, "Recent Activity" or "Date Created".  You can change this by clicking on the bubble icon above the communication channel and choosing the option that suits your needs.

2. Filter the dashboard records by Staff, Location or Status.  Clicking on the downward arrow beside each of these options will open up a pop-up menu and allow you to choose the filters you require.  Just make sure to click APPLY SELECTION for it to filter properly.  If you want to revert back to all filters, click on Show All.

3. Filter by the Search Bar.  You can search for any client through the upper right-hand search bar.  Simply type in your search parameters of the client you are looking for, then click the magnifying glass and it will list out the records with that information.  Note: You do need to search separately in the Open and Archived dashboard.  *The search function currently only searches for characters/words within the client record.  So, for instance, you can search for Name, address, email, car make and model, quick notes, and source code.  You can search by number but depending on the format you may need to try a phone number with parenthesis and spaces if the text format does not give you a result..

To remove the search filter you will need to click on the red "clear filters" button in the center of the page.

4. List View or Kanban View:

You can choose which view to work on your dashboard: List Vode or Kanban Vode.  In the top right corner of your dashboard, underneath the search bar is where you can choose which view you would like.  There you can switch between the two depending on your preference.

1) List View

2) Kanban View
