Automating Staff Assignments to a Client Profile

When your staff sends out estimates to a client, you can now have the system automatically assign that user to the client profile.

This process will allow that staff member to be the sole user who receives staff alerts and notifications for that particular client.

1. Your staff must have the appropriate notifications turned on.  See Staff Notification set up here.

2. You must turn on the Auto Assign function.

To turn on the Auto Assign follow these steps:

Menu>Settings>Miscellaneous

Then toggle the ON button for the auto-assign function and press Save Settings.

You can turn this ON or OFF at any time.

Please note: The user must be logged in under the SHOP level for this function to work.  It does not work as an HQ user.
