Dashboard
Understanding how to navigate your dashboard is the first step towards becoming a BodyShop Booster pro. This article will go through the dashboard and where all the different icons take you.
Once you log in to Bodyshoplogin.com you will be taken to the dashboard. (See picture below). When you navigate away from this page, simply click the Home icon in the top left of your screen to bring you back to the dashboard. Please follow along using the image below as a reference.
1. This Home icon will return you to the dashboard every time you click it. If you ever get lost and need to find your way back this is the icon to use.
2. The little plus sign is the Add New Customer icon. If you want to add a new customer or a list of customers you can do so from here.
3. The camera icon is how you Send the Photo Estimate Tool to a brand-new customer. Please note this is one of two icons with the second being on the top menu. By sending the Photo Estimate Tool through these menus, it will create a new customer profile. To send the Photo Estimate Tool to an existing customer, do so within the customer's profile.
4. The Calendar icon is how you book customers into your Estimate or Repair calendar. Please note this is one of three calendars with the second being on the top menu, and the third being in the customer profile. To learn how to configure the Estimate Calendar, CLICK HERE. 5. The clipboard icon is how you use the Boost My Estimate feature. Please note this is one of three icons with the second being on the top menu and the third being in the customer profile.
6. The Template icon allows you to access your own template library. To be clear, here you can edit pre-made templates as well as create your own. Note: When creating templates for more than one shop location this should be done from an HQ account.
7. The gear icon allows you to access all the different Settings. In settings, you will manage many of the optional and manual settings to make changes to different things in BodyShop Booster to really customize your experience.
8. The Reports icon allows you to access your reports page to see how your leads are coming into BodyShop Booster and what your capture rate is. You can see communication methods and search through customer data.
9. Add New Users Icon allows you to add new staff users from your Body Shop to the program so that different members of your team can access the BodyShop Booster dashboard and communicate with customers. You can also change your passwords and update notifications settings from here.
10. Log Out allows you to log out of BodyShop Booster.
11. At the bottom of the page you can navigate to different pages of your customer list.
12. At the top center of your dashboard, you have a Refresh button. This allows you to refresh and update the BodyShop Booster page.
13. This is the Search bar where you can search for a customer's profile based on any information contained within their profile.
14. This is your view mode option. You may view all your customer records in List View, as shown in the image above, or you can change to Kanban View.
15. At the bottom right you will find the Customer Support widget, as noted by, "HOW CAN WE HELP?" This is where you contact support. You can chat with the BodyShop Booster team when available, access Knowledge Articles, and ask questions.
